Greensboro, North Carolina — As a community partner, Petrova Law sponsored the Spring edition of Triad Startup Weekend, which took place on April 28 – 30, 2017 on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University.  Four teams presented their pitches and competed for the top prizes.  Jen Riedel facilitated the event.

Startup Weekends are 54-hour events where startup enthusiasts, developers, designers and product managers come together to share ideas, form teams, build products and launch startups.  At these hands-on weekend-long events, entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs work in teams to determine the viability of their startup ideas.  Supported by the Kauffman Foundation, Startup Weekends are held around the globe.
